'EYE' see you- 2014 for the Mercedes Concept Store
A set of functional yet sculptural, minimal yet bold, stand alone circular mirrors attached to steel frames.
The series consists of three pieces generating a family.
Combining reflective shiny materials in contrast with rough industrial finishes. The intention is to reveal how each young individual is modern (as in concrete, raw steel...) yet influenced by traditional values (copper, brass...). Every perception and vision differs (different heights, different sizes, different finishes...), effected by his/her incidents and memories except for the concrete base which is consistent reminding how strong the family values are.
Each personality is represented with a different reflective playful surface, pivoting and creating endless light formations and scenes.
The result is an unusual mix of various metallic finishes reminding the glossiness of cars with a hint of industrial touches and mechanisms reminding the machinery components.
Eye see you is an experimental installation , the more you move the more you see
